  • I've tried these SBs on this list and I must say, they have certainly shown good results. However, you still have to be careful as to not be tagged as spam.

  • either dofollow or nofollow it doesn't matter that much as when you link to sites that are nofollow it is still consider as back links but it will not give you PR juice. social bookmarking is really helpful and I do use all SB sites either Dofollow or Nofollow but not those redirect sites.
