Oh! So true Karin! i know that I will drive out of my way to get to a store where the employees treat me well, but if I'm mistreated somewhere...forget it. Even if you have the best price for what I'm looking for, you are not getting my business ever again. A few years ago I bought a coffee mug and a pair of socks for a small gift at a certain store in our mall. When I got home, I realized that the employee forgot to put the coffee mug in the bag. I went back the very next day, and expected they would just give me a mug. The employee had to call the owner to see what she should do. She said she would give me 20% off of another mug, but that she couldn't give me one because I may not be telling the truth. Are you KIDDING me? I already paid of it! And now because she didn't give me the $7 mug that I paid for, I will NEVER shop there again! Goodwill goes a LONG way in business!

Thanks Rebecca. It is always good to hear from you. I know you are a great example of a person who gives more than she takes.

This is an excellent point Karin. i think it comes from the fact that most people are just wining it. There is so much to explore and discover online that people are not taking the time to learn the benefits and best practices of all the tools available and how Google interacts with them. People can see with their own eyes the obvious bias and I think that the algorithms must have measurements to do so as well. It is great that you have specialised in this area and are so free with sharing your knowledge.
