“There are so many bookmarking site and i am confuse which site are the most effective in bookmarking. i dont want to waste my time on those site with poor affiliation when it comes to SEO.”

Here is my answer: look at the page rank (PR) of the social bookmarking sites. Del.ico.us has a PR 9 and there are several sites with PR 8: digg, stumbleupon, technorati, reddit, bloglines, twitter.  I certainly encourage you to use all.
