Here is my answer: look at the page rank (PR) of the social bookmarking sites. Del.ico.us has a PR 9 and there are several sites with PR 8: digg, stumbleupon, technorati, reddit, bloglines, twitter. I certainly encourage you to use all. To make your life easier, you can use SocialMarker.com. All you have to do is sign up for an account on those sites you would like to submit to, enter your account info into SocialMarker and you can bookmark at once to all of these sites.
Actually SocialMarker has more sites than just the ones mentioned above. Pick your favorites and stick with them. Just realize that the you cannot get away with just submitting your sites. Make sure you also submit other peoples websites.
